The design of the multifunctional sports complex was created in response to the request of a private company that wanted to create a relaxation park with high quality services for its employees. The park should serve not only the company’s employees, but also the general public, which suffers from a lack of similar facilities and sports grounds in the area.
The entire complex consists of an underground section of indoor sports facilities, but also uses the green roof for outdoor sports and leisure activities. The complex also includes accommodation facilities for athletes and visitors who can use the complex for short stays.
This is a unique and completely original concept of a sports and relaxation facility in the area, which is privately owned and serves the general public. The refined design significantly improves the site in favour of green areas and thus becomes a prototype for the design of sports facilities of a similar type in urban development.
