The investment plan of this contract envisaged the creation of a complete implementation project and subsequent implementation of construction modifications of a small apartment unit – a studio apartment in the U lending house. The aim is to create a modern interior space that meets the requirements of individual housing or short-term rentals for guest accommodation.
The entire space occupies a total of 40m2 of gross floor area and the original layout was inconvenient by placing a separate kitchenette with a serving window. The design therefore functionally divided the space into logical zones – entrance hall, bathroom with shower and toilet, living area with kitchenette.
In terms of design and materials, the interior tries to combine lighter tones and natural materials to visually increase the space while maintaining the requirement for a cosy interior. The result is a modern interior that meets the requirements for permanent as well as short-term living.
