In Dobříš, on one of the last undeveloped plots of land in the village’s intravilan, we have prepared a study of a new development. The assignment was to update the original, no longer valid development study from 2011, which assumed the creation of 11 family houses. Our study responds to the dramatic housing shortfall by trying to make the most of the site’s potential. We are therefore proposing 12 semi-detached houses and 2 detached houses for a total of 26 residential units.

The concept of the development study is determined by the configuration of the terrain and also by the technical infrastructure, especially the possibilities of transport connections. The result is a residential area with a central service road from which the individual plots are accessible. The area also includes areas for leisure activities in the form of publicly accessible playgrounds.

The site should have the character of a quiet residential development with walking access to all amenities in the beautiful town of Dobříš.
