The design of this family house combines modern architecture, practical layout solutions, and respect for the surrounding development. The two-storey building with a rectangular floor plan is designed to make the most of its orientation to the cardinal directions while providing comfortable family living.
The architectural character of the house is based on clean lines, simple volumes, and a pitched roof, naturally fitting into the surrounding environment. The façade, combining light-coloured plaster with restrained material accents, enhances the timeless and elegant appearance of the building.
The ground floor is dominated by an open living space connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor terrace and garden. The layout also includes a guest room or study, technical facilities, and a garage. The private upper floor features a master bedroom with its own dressing room, children’s rooms, and a spacious bathroom.
The project emphasizes functionality, quality materials, and comfortable everyday living, resulting in a modern home that meets contemporary family lifestyle requirements.
