We have completed the construction of an RD in Jesenice near Prague in shell&core design.
We have completed the construction of a house in Jesenice near Prague in shell&core design, where the entire interior is left to the investor to complete. It is a construction according to the project of boq architects and it must be said that only a part of the whole construction has been realized so far, which in the final stage will consist of 3 buildings of a family house connected by a common atrium, as well as an adjacent garage for 3 cars.
The construction was complicated in the sense that the investor did not provide adequate project documentation at the stage for the execution of the construction.
