Completion of a family house in Davle

We have completed the construction of a house for a young family in Davle near Prague.
The contract was solved in the form of Design&Build, i.e. design + construction of a house on a turnkey basis. From the signing of the contract to the move-in, it took approximately 14 months, during which we prepared a complete study (1 month), the project (1 month), secured the building permit (3 months) and completed the turnkey construction (10 months).
