This year, our team of architects took on a truly difficult task. To create an architectural study of the reconstruction of the historical observatory in Prostějov. The result is perfect.
During this year we had the honour to prepare an architectural study of the historical observatory in Prostějov. In addition to the reconstruction of the original building, we designed a completely new adjacent building – an extension. One of the goals of this study was to clearly distinguish the preserved existing buildings from the new structures.
The new building is conceived as a reinforced concrete skeleton, which is admitted in the interior. The retained existing structures will be repainted white to help distinguish the grey addition from the existing white structures.
