Our new project apartment house Hořovice

We were approached by a major developer to design an apartment building on a triangular plot surrounded by roads.
We have created a three-storey building with an attic, whose plan follows the shape of the plot and resembles an open book – the solid street facade symbolises the hard cover, while the bright courtyard facade evokes the delicately written pages. The building’s dynamism is emphasised by its rounded edges and cantilevered floors.
The layout of the house corresponds to modern housing with a predominance of starter flats 1 + kk and 2 + kk, supplemented by larger units. This garden apartment building will soon welcome its first residents!
